There is a possibility that Aaron Judge will return to the New York Yankees’ lineup later this week, if his recovery continues as positively as it is. After experiencing hip pain during Thursday’s game against the Texas Rangers, Judge has been sidelined. The Yankees are currently deliberating whether to officially place him on the injured list.

Manager Aaron Boone shared his optimism on Sunday, expressing hope that Aaron Judge would be able to rejoin the lineup at some stage during the Yankees’ upcoming three-game series against the Cleveland Guardians, commencing in New York on Monday.

“I know he came in feeling a little bit better today,” Boone told The Associated Press. “I’m sure he’ll go through everything, and we’ll evaluate where we are.”

Yankees positive over Aaron Judge’s return

Aaron Judge was pulled from Thursday’s 4-2 Yankees victory against the Rangers in the fourth inning due to injury. He had already whiffed twice before that. A minor hip strain was detected by MRI on Saturday. His hip injury occurred after an unfortunate fall into third base the day before, perhaps during his game against the Minnesota Twins.

He hasn’t returned to the field since. Aaron Judge has hit .261 with six home runs in 26 games this season. He hadn’t missed a game until last Friday. The team has struggled without him. The Yankees ended their four-game series in Texas on Sunday with a 15-2 loss, which was their third straight defeat. In the three days without Aaron Judge, they scored a total of four runs.

The Yankees were forced to employ a two-man bench during the last game in Texas to avoid sending Aaron Judge to the injured list. They are holding out hope that both of their hitters injured will be able to avoid the IL.

Judge is pivot for the Yankees

For Aaron Judge, Monday is a pivotal day. By then, the Yankees will know whether or not their star player will be placed on the injured list with a slight hip injury he sustained on Thursday. Aaron Judge has now missed three consecutive games due to an absence caused by illness. He will likely sit out for a fourth consecutive game on Monday, but there is hope that he will be able to play against the Guardians the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

“If he doesn’t go on the IL, probably best case is sometime in that Cleveland series,” manager Aaron Boone said.

Aaron Judge resumed his therapy on Sunday, allowing him to throw, but he was otherwise limited to watching from the bench with a bat in his hand.

On Monday, the opening of three home games against Cleveland, Boone predicted that Aaron Judge would not be ready to return to the Yankees’ lineup. However, he told that if everything went well during the three-game series against the Guardians, Aaron Judge would make his return.

Aaron Judge is the defending AL MVP. On his 31st birthday in Minnesota, when he attempted a steal of third base and clumsily landed on his right side.

With 62 home runs last year, Aaron Judge set a new AL record. He has batted in 26 games so far this season, hitting .261 with six home runs and 14 RBIs.

Top Radio Host warns

The New York Yankees could find themselves in significant trouble, as a prominent radio host warns that the untimely injury to Aaron Judge could leave them in a dire situation, stating, “without him, they’re in deep trouble.”

Aacording to Brandon Tierney, a top radio host and sportscater, “Aaron Judge is the most indispensable athlete in New York. With him, the Yankees aren’t even good enough in my estimation. Without him, they’re absolutely cooked.”

The Yankees entered the regular season with high expectations, particularly in light of Aaron Judge’s performance. The team is currently in a position to achieve their goal of becoming champions.

The radio host also spoke about his love for watching the power hitter in games, but “this team, without Aaron Judge, is borderline unwatchable…if he’s out for any amount of time, the Yankees are done.”

It would be very difficult for the squad to achieve any level of success without his presence as a leader.

The New York Yankees are one of baseball’s oldest and most admired powerhouses. However, the team had endured a rough last decade. Their fortune is unlikely to improve any time soon since they have now encountered yet another major roadblock. Aaron Judge’s departure would be a major setback for the team.

watching the yankees is like looking at a spring training game!! they should put all their games on amazon prime and apple tv! that’s a triple a team with a 300million dollar payroll. Tampa with less than a third of that payroll the best team in baseball, the differs is they got players we got “fat cats” who get injured all the time!
