New York Yankees @ Tampa Bay Rays: Domingo German vs. Drew Rasmussen

The Tampa Bay Rays will be facing the New York Yankees, who have won their last five home games and are looking to continue their streak.

When: Thursday, May 12, 2023.

Time: 7:05 p.m. EDT.

Where: Yankee Stadium, New York.

TV: NBC Sports Bay Area, YES Network

Stream: MLB.tv, Direct Tv, YES Network DTC

Moneyline: Rays -126, Yankees +107; over/under is 8 1/2 runs.

The Yankees hold a record of 21 wins and 17 losses this season, with a home record of 14 wins and 8 losses. Their pitching staff as a whole has an ERA of 3.59, which places them in seventh position among all teams in Major League Baseball.

The Tampa Bay Rays hold an impressive record of 29-19 overall and 10-6 in away games. Their team ERA of 2.95 is currently the best in Major League Baseball.

The fourth encounter between the teams is scheduled to take place on Thursday. In their last ten games, the Yankees have a record of 6 wins and 4 losses, with a batting average of .259 and an ERA of 4.24. They have outscored their opponents by six runs during this period.

German, who has a record of 2-2 and an ERA of 4.35 and 44 strikeouts in 39 1/3 innings, will start the game for the Yankees, marking his eighth start of the season. In his most recent game against the Tampa Bay Rays on Saturday, German allowed two earned runs and gave up four hits in five innings pitched.
