The first game of a series between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees will be played at Fenway Park. The Red Sox and Yankees will play on Friday, August 12 at 7:10 PM ET at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts.

Jameson Taillon will start game three of the series against the Mariners looking to build off of his much-needed bounce-back start in game two, in which he allowed three runs on three hits with six strikeouts over seven innings. The 30-year-old righty has seen his walk totals skyrocket in the last month, which is highly unusual.
Luis Severino, Chad Green, Stephen Ridings, Harrison Bader, Michael King, Miguel Castro, Zack Britton, Giancarlo Stanton, and Matt Carpenter are all out with injuries for the Yankees.
