Brewers host Yankees to extend home win streak

The New York Yankees are currently in first place in the American League East with an 87-57 record. They will take on the Milwaukee Brewers (77-67, second in the NL Central).

Time: Saturday, 7:10 p.m. EDT Milwaukee;

Jameson Taillon (13-4, 3.94 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, 128 strikeouts) will likely start for the Yankees, while Brandon Woodruff (10-4, 3.39 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, 152 strikeouts) will take the mound for the Brewers for them.

The Milwaukee Brewers are currently on a three-game winning streak at home and will host the New York Yankees.

At home, Milwaukee has a record of 40-27, and the team’s overall record is 77-67. With a team slugging percentage of .410, the Milwaukee Brewers are currently ranked eighth best in the major leagues.

The overall record for New York is 87-57, and on the road they have a record of 37-35. With an on-base percentage of .323, the Yankees are the American League team with the second best OBP.

On Saturday, the teams will meet for the second time in this season.
