The baseball world knows Alex Rodriguez for his hitting prowess as well as for the women in his life. This weekend, the former big hitter for the New York Yankees went official on Instagram revealing his love life. A-Rod posted a picture with Jac Cordeiro, the owner of JacFit, who he is dating now.
The picture has Alex Rodriguez, Cordeiro, and A-Rod’s two daughters posing in front of a Christmas tree can be seen. The caption says, “Merry Christmas from our hearts to yours.”
Back in October, Page Six saw the ex-Yankees player on Rodeo Drive with a “mystery woman.” She was later found to be Cordeiro, a fitness instructor from Canada. Someone took a picture of them walking “hand in hand.”
Alex Rodriguez had just spent nine months with Kathryne Padgett. She was the first person he was seen with in public since he broke up with singer and actress Jennifer Lopez in 2021.
Alex Rodriguez was once married in 2002. He met his future wife, Cynthia Scurtis, a psychologist, in a gym in Miami. Cynthia gave birth to their first daughter Natasha Alexander on November 18 and second child Ella Alexander on April 21, 2008. However, the couple divorced on July 7, 2008. Cynthia cited “emotional desertion” and “extramarital affairs and other marital transgressions” as the reason for divorce.
Later that year, reports linked Alex Rodriguez to singer Madonna, who was forced to release a clarification: “I am not romantically connected in any way with Alex Rodriguez.”
Alex Rodriguez dated former WWE Diva and actress Torrie Wilson between 2011 and 2015. Following their separation, he was in a romantic liaison with 23andMe founder Anne Wojcicki.
Tabloids widely covered the relationship between Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez when they were a couple from 2017 to 2021. Though they had their engagement in 2019, they broke up in 2021.
After Rodriguez, 47, and Cordeiro, 42, were spotted together, a source told Page Six: “Friends say he’s very happy and enjoying [their] time together. He’s enjoying spending time with her. She’s great! She’s a former nurse and a mother of two.”
