New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge is stepping up to the plate for a whole new kind of swing this summer – lending his voice to an upcoming episode of the animated series “Rubble & Crew.” This announcement from Major League Baseball highlights the slugger’s expanding influence beyond the baseball diamond.

Aaron Judge, whose star power has grown considerably in recent years, has become a magnet for marketing opportunities, including appearances in commercials. Now, he’s set to make his mark in animation, joining the world of “Rubble & Crew,” a spin-off from the popular preschool series “PAW Patrol.”

In this episode, Aaron Judge will voice himself, teaming up with Rubble and the rest of the crew for some exciting adventures. The series airs on Nickelodeon, and the Yankees captain, a dedicated dog owner himself, expressed his delight at the collaboration. He especially noted the project’s alignment with his charitable work, as it allows him to inspire children on the importance of teamwork. The opportunity to combine his love for both dogs and baseball while delivering a positive message resonated deeply with Aaron Judge.

The episode, titled “The Crew Builds a Ballpark,” features Aaron Judge’s character stuck in town during the home run derby. Unable to leave, he calls upon Rubble & Crew to construct a temporary ballpark in Builder Cove to host the event.

Aaron Judge’s passion for both baseball and dogs is well-documented. Last spring training, fans were treated to a heartwarming moment when the star slugger brought his beloved canine companion, Gus, to Yankee Stadium for a playful dash around the outfield during pre-game warm-ups. This new project offers a unique opportunity for him to combine these two passions in a fresh and exciting way.

Meanwhile, the Yankees, including Aaron Judge, are gearing up for their season opener against the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park in just two days.

New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge is embarking on a fascinating new endeavor – stepping into the realm of animation! According to reports from Major League Baseball, the Yankees star is poised to make his animated debut in an upcoming episode of “Rubble & Crew,” a spin-off series of the immensely popular preschool show “Paw Patrol.”

This venture marks a distinct departure from the baseball diamond for Aaron Judge, but it aligns with a growing trend within the Paw Patrol franchise. The series has garnered a reputation for attracting renowned celebrities to lend their voices to the animated characters. Just last year, tennis legend Serena Williams joined the cast of “Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie,” alongside other renowned figures such as Kim Kardashian, Chris Rock, James Marsden, and Kristen Bell.

Looking back even further, the 2021 Paw Patrol film boasted an equally impressive lineup of stars, including Kardashian, Randall Park, Dax Shepard, Jimmy Kimmel, and Tyler Perry. Aaron Judge’s involvement continues this tradition of high-profile talents joining the Paw Patrol universe, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans of the beloved animated series.
