HOUSTON – According to a report, MLB legend Reggie Jackson‘s car was apparently stolen in downtown Houston on Tuesday afternoon.
The former Yankees player, popularly known as “Mr. October,” and currently serving as the Houston Astros special advisor to Jim Crane, shared pictures of his car on Instagram. The vehicle is a red 2022 Dodge Hellcat.
“I recently had My vehicle stolen in downtown Houston happened at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29th,” Reggie Jackson posted. “The vehicle that was stolen was My 2022 Red Dodge Charger hellcat, and the vehicle that was involved with this incident is believed to be an older model blue Ford Focus with temporary license plates. We are working with local authorities, and will continue reviewing video surveillance of surrounding communities and businesses for further information. We ask that if any one with information regarding this theft, to please contact authorities at (713) 884-3131.”
According to Reggie Jackson, an older blue Ford Focus, maybe with temporary license plates, might be part of this situation. Authorities from the Houston Police Department are collaborating with Jackson to examine video surveillance footage from various businesses and communities.
