The Seattle Mariners (55-48) and the New York Yankees (69-34) play the first game of a three-game series on Monday. Three of New York’s last four games have been victories. Meanwhile, Seattle has lost three of its last four games.
The Mariners and Yankees will meet for the first time this season. In 2021, the Yankees won the season series 5-2. They also won three of four games at Yankee Stadium. Since 2015, the Yankees are 14-6 in their last 20 games against the Mariners in the Bronx.
In their last ten games, the Yankees are 5-5. However, this past weekend, New York took three of four from Kansas City. The Yankees are still the top seed in the American League, with the Astros trailing them by three games.

The Yankees clinched the series with a thud. They now have Seattle. The pitcher on the Mariners is superior. However, he has never defeated the Yankees. The game will be close until the end, with the Mariners covering.
