AL MVP Aaron Judge is the hottest player available in the free-agent market and the Dodgers with the highest-grossing revenue in the MLB are ready to take a chance at him. However, MLB insider Ramon Carmona says that Judge has already turned down an offer from the Dodgers.
This tweet, in English, claims:
“A source informs me that the Dodgers, knowing that Aaron Judge dreams of playing in California, offered him $214 million this week. But he and his agent turned it down. Aaron Judge is meeting with the San Francisco Giants to hear their offer, the Yankees continue waiting for him.”
Mentioning a monetary amount without years leaves a piece of contract information about Aaron Judge incomplete. But if one assesses the offer of $214 million was most likely for a period ranging from five to six years. This means the deal could be between $36 million and $43 million a year. A five-year contract is something that the Dodgers might be comfortable at to offer a shorter-term, higher-dollar agreement.
If the claim is correct, it’s no surprise that Aaron Judge turned down this offer. While he may not earn $43 million per year, he will almost probably receive offers much more than $214 million in total value. Aaron Judge will be 31 in April, so this is likely his final chance at a major free-agent contract, so it stands to reason he’d go for the most guaranteed monetary deal with a longer term, which is why the Dodgers have always appeared like a longshot in this race.

You are incredibly lame for removing a comma from a year old story and selling it as new.
And you call Mantle obscene. Seriously, whatever shekels you make off this stunt will not be worth the dose of karma that awaits you. .when it does happen think back to your greed and lack of integrity.
