The fourth-most subscriber, MrBeast, has been climbing up the popularity charts thanks to the amazing things he does for his videos. From videos to charity work, he has done a great job of making his fans laugh on YoutTube. Surprisingly, there was a time when he was almost on the verge of losing his billion-dollar empire.

Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson is also a good baseball player. He has over 125 million YouTube subscribers, and his snack food businesses, MrBeast Burger and Feastables, are doing well. But there came a time when betting on Aaron Judge, the Yankees power hitter, could have gotten him into a lot of trouble.

MrBeast’s bet on Aaron Judge

People all over the world know that MrBeast has a penchant to help people. In his Twitter bio, he claims, “Before I die, I want to make the world a better place.” And, of course, he uses his charitable work to help people, which he mixes with entertainment to make interesting content. And here’s what happened when MrBeast made a bet on Aaron Judge and it almost caused him to lose his empire for a while.

In July 2022, MrBeast, together with his friends, arrived in Yankee Stadium to watch the Yankees play the Cincinnati Reds. In it, he posted an Instagram post saying that if Aaron Judge hit a home run, he would give each of his fans $100.

Even though this bet seemed to have lifted everyone’s spirits and made everyone want Aaron Judge to hit a home run, Jimmy living up to the bet was still a mystery. Not because he wouldn’t do it, but because if the bet went the exciting way, he might have to give each fan $100.

Now, the YouTuber with over 125 million subscribers today must have had close to 100 million subscribers at the time because he crossed the 100 million subscriber mark in that month. This meant that the $100 would have multiplied into a massive sum.

Even though it sounds like a good bet, Aaron Judge couldn’t hammer a homer on that night. It helped save MrBeast from almost going bankrupt. MrBeast is known for putting the fun of the audience ahead of making money, but if the home run had happened, things could have gotten out of hand.
