Guess who just welcomed a new member to their squad? It’s the Yankees’ legendary shortstop Derek Jeter and his lovely wife Hannah! They’ve just added a cute baby boy to their family, and it’s got the world buzzing.
Kaius Green Jeter was born on May 5th, and he has already got a shout-out from his proud papa on Twitter when he tweeted on Monday with his name:
“Welcome to the world lil man!!,” Jeter tweeted.

Looks like Derek Jeter’s family is about to get a whole lot louder.
Of course, Kaius won’t be short on siblings. Derek Jeter and Hannah are already the proud parents of three girls, Bella Raine, Story Grey, and River Rose. That’s a whole lot of kids in one household, but we’re sure Kaius will hold his own.

Derek Jeter is incredible
Speaking of holding his own, let’s not forget just how incredible Derek Jeter was on the field. During his time with the Yankees, he racked up five World Series titles and 14 All-Star appearances. He also snagged five Gold Gloves and five Silver Slugger Awards. That’s just the kind of ballplayer he was.
Even in retirement, Derek Jeter’s legacy lives on. His 3,465 hits place him sixth on the all-time list, and he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2020.
And now, he’s got a new title to add to his social media accounts with his Instagram currently carrying: the sleep-deprived father of four.
