On Friday, Yankees captain Aaron Judge delivered a stunning performance, hitting three home runs that powered his team to a resounding 7-1 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks. This remarkable achievement marked the slugger’s second three-home-run game of the season, a historic milestone that established him as the first Yanks player ever to achieve this feat multiple times in a single season.

In doing so, Aaron Judge has entered an exclusive Yankees club; only six players have achieved multiple three-home-run games. This remarkable performance solidifies his status as one of the Yankees’ all-time greats.

Aaron Judge’s display of power at Yankee Stadium left baseball fans in awe, and his accomplishment further solidified his status as one of the most dominant players in the league. The three home runs came almost exactly a month after his first such performance, demonstrating his exceptional consistency in delivering home runs.

In the third inning of the game, Aaron Judge got the night started with a bang, crushing a deep three-run homer off Diamondbacks starter Brandon Pfaadt. This early offensive burst gave New York a commanding 3-0 lead.

The fireworks continued in the fifth inning when Aaron Judge smashed a two-run shot after Estevan Florial’s RBI double. This extended the Yankees’ lead to 6-0, leaving the Diamondbacks struggling to contain Judge’s power.

Two innings later, Aaron Judge completed his historic feat by hitting a solo shot to right field, securing his third home run of the night.

This remarkable performance marked Judge’s 35th home run of the season, tying him for the third-most in the American League. It’s worth noting that he accomplished this despite playing in just 100 games this season due to a toe injury sustained in June.
