Yankees ace Gerrit Cole and his family celebrated Halloween with a delightful nod to Disney’s “The Incredibles” on Tuesday. The entire Gerrit Cole family donned matching red suits, paying homage to the iconic outfits from the 2004 animated hit.
Amy Cole, the wife of the Yankees pitcher, captioned her Instagram post with a reference to a quote from the film. She quoted, “I never look back, darling! It distracts from the now,” which was said by the super family’s designer, Edna Mode.
Amy’s followers, including Ashley Rodon, the wife of Carlos Rodon, expressed their admiration for the costumes. She wrote that the costumes were fitting and perfect.
Another Instagram user expressed: “My favorite family!! Happy Halloween!! Go Yanks !”

In one photo, 33-year-old Gerrit Cole and Amy dressed up as Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl, while their sons Caden, 3, and 10-month-old Everett looked adorable as young superheroes in training.
