In the second game of a three-game series against the Blue Jays at Yankee Stadium, Carlos Rodon delivered an impressive performance for the New York Yankees. His wife, Ashley, celebrated his outing on Instagram, sharing a photo of Rodon with a playful caption that referenced both the weather and his hot performance on the mound.

“Temp wasn’t the only thing hot today,” she wrote with the photo of her husband in pinstripes.

Following an 8-5 loss in the series opener, the Yankees were eager to bounce back against their AL East rivals. Carlos Rodon stepped up, pitching 5.1 solid innings. He held the Blue Jays to just three earned runs on three hits, issued two walks, and struck out eight batters. His efforts were crucial in securing an 8-3 victory for the Yankees.

This win improved Carlos Rodon’s season record to 12-7, with a 4.37 ERA, 137 strikeouts, and a 1.21 WHIP. Looking ahead, he is scheduled to start the series opener against the defending World Series champions, the Texas Rangers, at Yankee Stadium on Friday.

Carlos Rodon and his wife Ashley have shared a decade-long journey, beginning in 2014. To commemorate their 10th anniversary in late June, Ashley posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, accompanied by photos chronicling their time together. She expressed gratitude for the numerous special moments they’ve shared and playfully anticipated six more decades together, endearingly calling Carlos “Daddy Los.”

After several years of dating, the couple formalized their commitment with a wedding ceremony in Costa Rica in January 2018.

Since then, the Rodons have grown their family to five. Their first child, a daughter named Willow, was born in 2019. Two years later, they welcomed a son named Bo in 2021. The family expanded again in April 2023 with the birth of their youngest child, Silo.

Carlos Rodon and Ashley have successfully balanced personal milestones and the demands of a professional baseball career, building a strong foundation for their growing family.
